Assignments: Develops data and information foundations, demonstrates superior interview skills and techniques, establishes a credible presence with the client and is able to interact successfully with all functional client representatives. Utilizes Blue Canyon methodologies in structuring projects, developing market assessments, evaluating the economics of the business environment, understanding messages from the market, etc.

Qualifications: Candidates must be located in Chicago and should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, business, or another discipline with a strong analytic orientation, and 3-5 years of professional experience. Experience in the consulting industry or within the business-to-business sector is a strong plus. Expertise with Microsoft Office, strength in writing and report preparation, and good interpersonal skills are essential. Brings excellent project administration skills and task management skills to the team, and takes responsibility for organizing key project activities (e. g., interview strategies and schedules). Attuned to deliverables and deadlines and works according to these demands.

Contributions: Develops insights and action plan recommendations for our clients. Develops tools and reports that facilitate client understanding and implementation. Contributes to ongoing use of Blue Canyon’s methodology through documentation, development of tools and templates, and training of new staff members. Participates in research and other development programs.
